Nora is back in Sydney. Alone. Damnit you girls!

Im probably starting my honours on Friday, ive been procrastinating a lot.

But tomorrow im off with Imo to the city to wander around, and to get pressies for his sisters.

Anyway talking about Sydney, i havent been to Bar Italia. Grrr.. random

I miss jakarta tho, a lot! Too much probably.. i kinda cried the first night i was here, even though Imo was in vira's room.. anyway i didnt want to bother him with my whining.. ehhehe.. he had a rough night and ONLY caught 5.5 hours of sleep on the plane. Cant believe i survived 6.5 hours of flight with him.

Firstly i wanna applaud Vira for her published articles in jakarta post. Thats uber cool V!! I would be sooooo proud if i were you! Its so awesome.

Secondly im proud of Tizka for finalising her decisions about moving to Melbourne and getting a new job. Thats a big step! And you're so mature for making that decisions, I mean it. We will miss you a lot, and we definitely will feel lonely without you in Sydney. Seriously. You have been an important part of my life for the past 4.5 years and i intend to keep it that way! So we better work hard to talk about everything and be the best of friends. Argh im all teary-eyed now.

Anyway im happy that im back for honours. Im extremely blessed that i got to do honours even though im on student loan. But its not appropriate for me to complain right? Heheheh i mean im really lucky that i still get to do what i want. And im happy to find out that a couple of friends who were there last year are continuing for PhD, which means i will have more familiar faces than i had expected. FUN!!!

Well since the two of you are not coming back soon, im gonna friggin trash this place. And im taking hostages of your stuffs Tiz so you better stay here for at least a week!!! Lotsa love!!!

jakarta city of fever

hmm... i cant really say what's up. Three days after I got here.. BAM... fever hits. Fever, cough, pilek, and of course... non-stop nosebleeds. I noticed it happens EVERY TIME I go back to jakarta. Why.. oh why? The farthest I've been to since I got here itu.. PIM2. Itu juga only the basement, buat bikin foto buat visa application. Nothing much going on except that I've been watching hell lotsa Bizarre Food, globetrekker and The Amazing Race Asia.

Ayo dong tiz.. nor.. kita join The Amazing Race Asia! I mean with our good looks and charm we would definitely beat all those models and VJs lining up to represent Indo...NOT!. haha. I wonder why most of the cast for this season itu isinya semuanya model model dan VJ. I mean, yeah pleasant for the eyes.. tapi kan seruan kalo yang lebih aneh. Di the american version of the Amazing Race, nora told me that there was this gothic couple. Trus kemaren gw nonton sendiri acaranya and I saw the gothic couple, in their bright gaudy pink shirt (which matches their hair!) attempted to do this really wild african booty-shaking tribal dance. The male goth said that he was going to improvise and then started twirling the stick he was given like a staff (almost martial-art ish) and both of them ended in this very kung-fu style pose (YAKIIIIN banget gw mereka animefreak haha:P). Nah baru nih yang kaya gini, the beauty of diversity! Kalo semuanya model and VJ kan bosen... the show needs a few weirdos and I will be more than happy to fill the vacancy!!

Oh tgl 28 kmrn my Dad had his birthday and we ordered a big um..semacam Tumpeng but not Nasi Kuning. Nasi nya GURIH TASTY banget.. it's got litle very very nice oncom pieces in it. Gila enak banget....I forgot what they call the rice.. wait ya.. tanya mbak yati dulu.. OK. Namanya Nasi Tuk Tuk... Haha.. what a cute name, maybe yang bikin got inspired by a certain Thai mode of transportation :P. Anyway.. here's the pic:

Sambel goreng tempenya enak banget deh gila. Tempenye kriuk kriuk banget. I wonder what they put in the batter. Keringet ama ludah kali ya hahah biar gurih.

Okay, its 11:13AM and i've got to go... shower. I'll be back soon to look for cheap places to stay in Tokyo (*coughs* ryokan *coughs*). I found one sooo cheap that it might be because its haunted haha. I'll also write what's been going on di Jakarta: the hot Reog dispute with Malaysia (still dont get how they can claim that it's theirs), the new trend in Jakarta: jail is the new celebrity panti jompo! and more! more! more!

oh my what happened on november? noone posted anything, seems like we were all putting some better efforts in life!

so.. these two bitches (make that three with you ndin) are relaxing and pampering themselves in jakarta. tell me storiess!!! i wanna hear so much from you, aside from what v experienced in her room, hallucinating..

hmm whatelse.. oh i've been watching Six Feet Under and i think i like brenda.. why do you guys hate her so much?? anyway, for me its a super profound show.. and im in love with it! :) seems like i've known the family so well especially nate oyeah...
the way they describe life is just sooo well delivered and im now recommending everyone to watch it. but hey it sometimes feel like reading a self-help book titled 'whats the purpose of life', but this one is way better.. (i shouldnt express it that way hey?)
i might buy the 3rd season and watch it over on the plane since qantas sucks with tvs.. so yeah wooohoo (why am i so excited?)

ooooooooooohohoho and i went to my office's christmas party on friday and it was so fun... well the dinner went okay but the after dinner went great :D it just felt a bit weird since i think its just to early to celebrate x-mas in November, maybe its just a proper excuse to get away early on friday for nice dinner and drinks hehe
and i've got another one in two weeks, im sure this one must be great too and more 'christmasy'! ho ho ho

so tellllllll me stuff i want to hear!! how were the malls and the traffics??

i miss youuuuuuuuuu (i'm gonna miss you more when i move down there) :( but its all gooood :)
